CANDY STICKS

Today I experimented with sugar with my nonna. We tried to make fondant, but we over cooked the sugar. So we since the sugar was cooked to the the hard ball point , we decided to make candy. We worked the sugar till it was white. Then we molded it around a long skewers , forming long candy sticks. YUM!!!!!!!!!
