today me and my mom decided to make a yummy sweet treat so I looked in my recipe book the golden book of baking and found a recipe for brownies that are delicious and what i needed to make them were

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup of butter
4 oz of dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)

instructions
preheat the oven to 350F (180C/gas 4)
butter a deep 8 inch (20cm) square baking pan
combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler over barely simmering water
remove from the heat and stir in the sugar
set aside to cool slightly
add the eggs, beating until just blended
mix in the dry ingredients, vanilla, and walnuts until well blended
pour the mixture into the prepared pan
bake for 35 -40 minutes, or until dry on top and almost firm to the touch
do not over bake

then I decided to make them into a pop so we got Wilson fondant and decorated them with the red as the base and I made a flower on the top and put a sprinkle in the middle then we put a stick on the bottom and voila we had our brownie pop

here is some pics of our final result
